Absolutely excellent advice and treatment. I am a very nervous patient feeling I have received poor advice and treatment from previous dentists. I was happy with the treatment and went out of their way to arrange appointments at very short notice to fit in with my hectic work schedule. All procedures were clearly explained, follow up treatment was great and I am clear on my treatment plan. I now feel much less nervous about attending appointments and feel I can completely trust the professionalism of my dentist. A big thank you to all staff at the practice.

The dentist really took the time to listen to how much I wanted to improve my smile. I am a nervous patient, but both the e dentist and assistant were very understanding. I now have a nice white smile after having veneers and a crown fitted. They offer a 0% finance which has made this all possible for me.

When I visited the dentist and had xrays I was very impressed to be told that I have a small mouth and was offered a child's xray plate which was much more comfortable than the usual adult one my previous dentist used to ram in my mouth.

Prompt Help for Broken Tooth. I contacted Orchard Dentists when I had a broken tooth and they were very helpful in getting an appointment for me to see the dentist very promptly, which I was grateful for as my tooth had sharp edges ,the dentist smoothed the rough edges and filled the tooth at a later date. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have had.

I was not registered with the practice but rang them out of the blue after a recommendation. Not only could they accommodate me but fitted me in that afternoon. Being a "nervy" dental patient (scared stiff)I found the whole experience to be excellent. The staff were friendly and put me totally at ease and considering it was an emergency appointment the costs were extremely reasonable. (They even gave me a tooth fairy bag in which to take the "offending article" home with me). Highly recommended.

My experience with the dentists I have seen has been perfectly good but the experience with the Hygienist has been excellent. In the past, I have always found the hygienist appts painful/uncomfortable and dread the next one. However, these were at another practice and I am so thankful to say that my appts now are pleasant, gentle and painless.

After having had a poor experience at my previous dental practice, I was delighted with the treatment I received at the Orchard Dental Practice starting off with the welcome from the Reception staff through to the excellent dental care I received from my dentist and from the hygienist. They both made me feel at ease and explained what my treatment would involve. I found everything to be excellent.

After spending years frightened of the dentist, and then fainting in the chair whilst pregnant, it has taken me a long time to find a dentist that is so extremely gentle and considerate. I am far more at ease now than a year ago and my teeth and mouth are now far healthier. I even managed to cope with the lovely hygienist!

I was an extremely nervous patient. I have visited Orchard on many occasions and have had several extractions and fillings culminating in being fitted with dentures. The service I have received has been excellent and the good experiences I have had at Orchard have made me a lot less nervous. I actually found myself laughing at my last appointment, a thing I didn't believe was possible.

I have had three appointments with Orchard Dental Practise so far and have found on each visit that the staff are really friendly.
I had to have a tooth extracted and it did take a while as the tooth was quite brittle and broke during the extraction. The following day I had a call to check how I was feeling and I was then asked to pop back to the practice for a check up to ensure my gum was healing properly. I was really impressed with the after care service and would have no hesitation in recommending Orchard Dental practice to friends and family.

My teeth were in a pretty sorry state mainly because of my fear of dentists. I phoned Orchard predominately because they were local and was immediately impressed with the information that I was given by the receptionist, who put my mind at rest. I have had a few extractions and a few fillings since then and can honestly say that, although I am still nervous, my dread of visiting the dentist has been largely cured by my experience at Orchard.

I was particularly pleased with the speed of response when I broke a tooth on a Friday evening. I phoned on the Saturday morning and was being treated by early afternoon on the Monday. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the dentist clearly explained the treatment .

This was my very first visit to this Practice, having finally left a practice which I found too harsh and judgemental. I found courtesy and friendliness at the Orchard Medical Centre and thought the dentist was kind, gentle and pleasant. He explained the procedure required and I had my first xray where nobody seemed to be required to move! First impressions are very important and I have 2 further appointments booked, so I have no qualms about them and hope the service I found on my first appointment is the same when I return in 2 weeks time. I have already recommended the Practice to a friend.

When I attended the surgery the first time, it was because I was waiting for surgery, and needed to have a loose tooth checked. I had not been to a dental practice for many years due to nervousness. The staff and the dental practitioner were excellent in how they treated me, The hygienist had a mammoth task, but was very patient.
